1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is the managing director of XXXX, they have developers, designers, graphics and artist and sometimes do development. She has been in the software development industry for the past 10 years, started development in games and then to developing iOS apps and have been acting as a developer since 2011 to 2014 and then started her career as a lead, managing teams and clients and started working with another company in partnership and leading the team there delivery of games and apps and later came to SG in 2019 and worked with local clients in SG, simulation game app, for holographic display, for iOS and iPad, unity based. Started her journey working on NodeJS, delivering enterprise level applications, she is usually the one handling the delivery, the clients, making sure delivered in time and understanding time requirements and making sure the requirements are met. Most of the work is negotiating and budget with them

    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She specializes in management, leading the team, the project, handling clients, breakdown structure and provide the estimate, managing the team, motivate the team to get the work down, work in agile methodologies, every week have the scrum meeting to come together and what are we going to achieve and deliver specifically and can also do development, nowadays more into managing products. The projects are usually launching of games, around a year and some 3 months to complete, some updates on the project, solve some issues and bugs
