He is a BA in XXXX, working in 2 projects, in XXXX, traditional BA role, requirement gathering, business processes, redesign whenever possible, managing stake holders serve as a bridge, work closely with tech team, Agile sprint, planning, requirements and answering queries. Work on pretty much quite a bit of UI / UX work. In XXXX, he is in charge of all the IT delivery, to some of the PM role, resource planning, communicating products, formulating based on the business owners, projective, level 1 and level 2 support of the application, also managed 2 projects.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is strongest in analysing requirements and more on the usual BA tasks and in terms of technical, being able to speak the technical terms with developers to better understand the requirements

Do you have SLD and leadership experience?
He has around 4 years of leadership experience. Would rate himself 4.5 out of 5 in Spring methodology, and 3 in Waterfall methodology. He has SDLC experience since 2017. In projects, he is usually the one running on Scrum and sometimes using other methodologies
The projects he has done, 1st was the face of the application, even if there are other PM and Product Owners involved but he was the point of contact servicing and managing them on a daily basis. 2nd project was more on SDLC and touched the technical part as well the development role. In terms of the nature, project modification, maximise every product spent, gathering so that can perform the analysis, harmonizing data and also interfacing and basically being a bridge between multiple applications, data quality and once the data is received that it will be sent top quality. In all 4 projects were regional, 1st was APAC and 2nd was APAC and Middle east Asia. The 3rd project was mainly on BAU enhancements, to improve the process, the delivery and perfomance in general. Before he came in the satisfacftionn level was lower and when he came in, they created a plan to impove the project delivery and satisfaction level.
