  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started with the XXXX, his role at the time was to define the metadata standards as well as to develop library websites and including intranet. So most of the time is trying to prepare the data as well as trying to present the data to the user and depend on whether they are intranet or Internet. Some experiences are actually software development, lifecycle SDLC at a time in the library, what we get is we actually insource programmers. So basically, he manages a group of programmers at a time in developing software for either internal use or external use. Second was in XXXX, after graduating as an MBA, he was actually teaching a business Information Technology or Business Information Systems to the users, the students. That lasted for about four and a half years before he switched to XXXX at a time. He joined them actually to do knowledge management, to consolidate internal information and data and try to present it to the direct group of people, it's more of Internet management, but as well as doing a lot of public education. His job was to make sure the products are delivered as well as to make sure that the users actually buy in, arrange for training for the teachers and we use the products to give a little understanding what the product is, okay, so it is what is called classroom education technology, it's a super huge screen which was called interactive whiteboard. In XXXX is more of what we call a project management as well as procurement of technology. The other job was actually to sort of conduct or engage ethical hackers to sort of do a security check on all the information systems within XXXX to ensure that they are protected from cyber threats. So it's some sort of a cybersecurity management job. Then he joined XXXX, which is a library system company, handling project manage software development for customized applications such as if you have a book loan and you receive an SMS or an email, say, oh, your books will be due. So those are the kind of software that we manage to customize for XXXX. It is not part of the XXXX library system package, so it has to be customized outside the package whereby information is retrieved from the system process, for example, your due date. And then after that, send the information to another system like SMS or email systems, whereby they push out information to you and of course update the system if there's any update within the system itself.

  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is a generalist, trained in EE and a research Master’s in IT, MBA in Technology management, to use technology to improve human life and say as his strength. For example, today his boss asked him to look at technology and how much does it cost and if good enough to continue what they are doing.

  3.

    Do you have SDLC experience?
He has SDLC from the start of his career even in XXXX, teaching SDLC to students and may not be hands on but knowledge in parting with SDLC. Mostly needs to implement, make sure the users are trained. He has been doing leadership roles since 2009. In 2000, when he first joined XXXX and managed the outsourced project and implemented the gateway and in terms of experience he gained in web services to develop the API services and when he joined, creating APIs and building small software to connect, improve the services. In terms of big projects, most SDLC experience is in XXXX
