1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started in XXX Singapore and 10 years in the IT infrastructure and installation of IT platforms like switches in a network. After setting up or installing the equipment they troubleshoot, test, and do the commissioning. They also do the repair works and replacement of the hardware. He goes to XXX and do similar role and started in cloud computing and IT platform. With that area, he does some technical support, sales, and project management as well. After that, he moved to XXX and worked there as an IT Engineer. He performed the troubleshooting of the in-house IT infrastructure, cable network, and project management for installing of the fiber connectivity and network connectivity to different plots as well as IP and fiber networks in the area.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Expert in installing servers and interconnectivity of fiber and network points. He has 10 years of experience in this skills and rate himself 5 out of 5 because he has a hands-on experience, so he knows what the things they are needing for the network such as the bandwidth, and technology wise, he studies before going to the area before installing the equipment’s to make sure that everything is going smoothly when it comes to the installation of the devices. He would say that he is experienced enough to all the IT infrastructure. For the project, he set a meeting that discusses the project, after that, they do the site survey or check the space, power, loading, and heat environment to make sure that everything is okay before the implementation. Then, bring out the plan and get approval, get the vendors, and do similar explanation to them and do survey site checking one more time do make sure the project will go well. After that, they need to bring the purchasing equipment, install everything, do the testing, then do commissioning. He also does the purchasing, documentation, and the billing of customers.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   Day by day, there’s a lot of changes the technologies, so he said that he has a mid-range knowledge when it comes to DWDM and rates himself 4 out of 5 because there’s a lot of changes in the market for 6 months. He has a background facing the customers, he faced everyone even the vendors, contractors, and the clients because he’s in charge of that so he needs to do everything related to communicating with the people. He rates himself 5 because he faced them from the beginning up to the end. Technical wise and document wises, he’s okay with that all. He has NOC support; he does the monitoring, but he rates himself 4 because he does not sit there and monitor the system usually. He has a 100% experience in on-site installation and rate himself 5 out of 5 for that. With level 3 knowledge in troubleshooting because he does have an experience with it for over 10 years. Do trainings for Nokia, Ciena, and Huawei.
