1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has a strong tech background since he did Computer Science and did Masters and PhD as well. In the earlier years of his career, he was in research for about 8 years before going to London to attend a program to train people in technology research. Later on, he ended up starting about 5 companies so far, mostly in the area of data and machine learning; the last one he built was XXXX, did the second biggest ICO in Singapore and raised about 30M, grew the company from 3-4 to about 75 globally. Last 3 years ago, he joined XXXX where he was leading the blockchain/tokenization strategy which he put together for the company. He also built one of the biggest blockchain products within the city and has been the Head of Tokenization ever since.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be speaking the same language in both tech side and commercial side; he can go as deep as possible in discussing about both sides. He has been dabbling in the Web3 space for about 10 years now and has started building stuff in the same area for about 7+ years now.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Web3 ecosystem, blockchain, tokenization, DeFi, and smart contracts for the past 10 years. He is also familiar with some AI frameworks and models, and has proven experience with technical leadership, co-founding experience; has actually started about 5 ventures himself. In any case, he can be involved in both technical and management stuff.
