Has a total of almost 4 years in the IT industry and specializes in providing VVIP onsite and remote support in his current job in XXXX as an IT Specialist Deskside Engineer. He is also proficient in L1 and L2 troubleshooting, break-fix for both hardware and software patches, support of printer drivers, and knows the in and out of Windows 7 & 10. Before that, he was a Desktop Engineer in XXXX in which he provides on-site technical support for SSOE2 and Singtel projects. He is also good with group policy, scripting, and is certified in ITIL.

Really good in remote support and also training junior engineers, current team lead has given him the task of training juniors. Also, can work well with VVIP with his strong experience in his current job. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 as a Desktop Engineer.
