1. He has an electronics engineering background, but somehow he got into internet marketing as his first career. So, during that time in that particular firm, he was helping out with setting up the office and also having to set up the connections and some other kinds of accounts for them. So it's a small firm, and more or less, most of them are colleagues who take care of everything. Then gradually, from there, he found a particular niche for it and branched into that area. So he started working at XXX, helping to troubleshoot workstations, setting up accounts, and setting up new workstations.
2. He is an expert in troubleshooting, setting up accounts, hardware, e-commerce, infrastructure, basic networks, etc.
3. With the XXX. He was working with a local hospital called XXX. This so-called "next generation medical printer" engages a rapid rollout system. So quite a few models of these are very specialized medical printers that clean up patient data on wristbands, medication labels, and some very different-sized labels. So he was deployed by a systems company to the hospital to learn about these, new printers and how they're deployed, set up, and troubleshooted. Later, he will help out with the users who are unfamiliar with the printers.
