He started as a helpdesk level 1 and slowly gained experience and had knowledge in providing technical support for networks and he was also a support engineer and after learning new technologies he felt he has grown and left X and worked as a project management engineer and has worked closely with clients and talks about the networks and works with the engineers to help deploy the Network side and went to back again to work for X.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a strong experience with meeting with clients and has a high productivity rate and he has a strong daily operations experience, and their company is working with government, and he helps with the IT troubleshoot problems just in case an issue would arise and be escalated to him.
- He did manage a small team of Engineer with his current company sometimes he would be asked to handle a team of small people and teach people who works as level 1 and level 2 support staff on how to troubleshoot.
4. He has used Jira for quite a long time ago and he studied Jira. He has also provided Level 1 and Level 2 Support for Applications and help troubleshoot issues that is being escalated to him by the end-users. |
