Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently doing a part-time diploma in cybersecurity course and been working in the industry for more than 5 years now. When he started his career, he was doing a small role like refreshing the hardware and mainly doing government projects and left because he thinks that his task is repetitive and he also wants to do some other tasks and open for challenges but then get a similar job but do a little task related for the support. After that, he worked in a company that he managed the external vendors and handle the conference rooms like the meeting rooms for zoom, teams, and Webex etc and then, he had an opportunity working in XXX for their data centre but left the company since the task there is hard for him and he needs to learn their infra and other devices there.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
In terms of hi soft skills, he said that he is good with people which he also has a good communication skill. He also said that he can do a suite support which he support some of the higher roles in the company and able to talk to them comfortably. He can also work under pressure and can support their clients calmly.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he is currently learning the Linux and has some experience in the windows server in terms of updated it and do take logs as well. He has more than 2 years of experience in ServiceNow and Jira for the ticketing system and good in building relationship with its customers.
