Currently working in SG for about 7 years already, deployed to XXXX as an IT Support Engineer that provides in-house support for all IT concerns that includes network, software, computer, and other IT peripherals. Supporting 1,500+ employees including VIP. Was nominated as the 365 Champion. During a specific project in the company, he did 70% innovation project and 30% IT support role. When project was finished, returned to IT onsite support 100%. Was also assigned to provide VIP support to all ExCom. Before that, was working with XXXX as Technical Support Specialist that also supports all IT concerns.

Strongest with his technical proficiency including his experiences in PH and SG, he thinks it’s the most advantage for him. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 because learning never stops and is still keen to learn and improve his skills.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 8+ years of experience in doing IT Support. Knowledgeable in Windows OS (7&10), MS Office and 365 applications. Also proficient with different PC/Laptop peripherals, as well as Mac. Have supported printers and mobile devices before and is well-knowledgeable in Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS.
