Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has more than 3 years of experience working in the IT industry which is mainly on the IT desktop support roles. He said that he perceive himself as a technologically inclined person and started his job in a digital marketing firm. He was helping out with onboarding new colleagues and setting up their Wi-Fi accounts etc. After that, he moved to full time IT role which he helps resolving the software issues of their financial applications and also to onboard and indicate incoming and outgoing colleagues and set up between 150 to 200 HP workstations. He said that there’s a cross range of different industries he worked for like the education, government, and healthcare but worked longer in education which handles more than 2000 accounts for the students and needs to resolved the issues within 5 to 6 minutes and other tickets they may take a longer time will hold all over. In his previous job, he also worked in healthcare where he worked with printing for medical records or patients’ data. He also worked in an aeronautical engineering and he is currently taking courses to improve his skills.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has a great skill when it comes to supporting clients remotely or face to face. He is also good in editing registry, active directory, managing and setting-up the accounts, and can handle mobile applications as well. He has an experience with ServiceNow and can handle Apple OS.
