His last role was with XXXX as an IT Support Executive wherein he’s mostly in charge with troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance of all IT equipment. Also has experience supporting printers, scanners, etc. before. He was also a Computer Repair Technician Intern back in Malaysia where he’s mostly involved in hardware faults, repair, and replacement of it.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest with troubleshooting as well as network cabling and installation and is always keen to learning more by researching online and seeking advise from seniors.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has over a year of experience in IT support. Has extensive knowledge in Windows 7, 8, 10, & 11. Has experience in MS Office & 365 applications support and is familiar with different PC/Laptop peripherals. Have supported printers and mobile devices before. No experience yet in AD, Exchange, and Apple OS since last role was more on administration.
