First worked in XXXX as a Desktop Support Engineer then transferred to Dubai and worked as an IT Support Engineer for two companies there: XXXX and XXXX. Handled 120+ computers and laptops in XXXX and was promoted as well to Senior IT Support. Then later on, went back to India to work as an IT Administrator for XXXX wherein he handled a team of 5 members and maintain the entire IT assets of the office. And then transferred to SG and is currently an IT Support/Analyst Programmer with XXXX, client XXXX, handling all their programming related issues.

Very proficient with servicing and solving problems with computers, laptop, scanners, and other devices either hardware or software related issues Also very good with network troubleshooting.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2+ years of experience in IT support. Proficient with support of Windows OS (7&10). Also good with MS Office & 365 Applications. Very good with different PC/Laptop peripherals. Have supported printers and mobile devices from Blackberry to Apple. Strong with Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS.
