Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently based in SG and is doing IT support in XXXX for both in-house and onsite. Was also an IT support for several roles before in XXXX , XXXX , and XXXX . He used to be Server Administration but now prefers L2 support. Mostly in HelpDesk supporting desktop, emails, and if L1 can’t resolve the current issues, they are the one to resolve it. Has done different Windows OS support and is currently taking certification in Macintosh.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Very good at 2nd level support to users, in-house or onsite. Knows pretty much lots of different environment since he has worked for banks, and other fields as well. Rates himself 4 out of 5 in problem-solving skills.

Has more than 2 years of experience as an IT Support. Has extensive knowledge in support of Windows 7 & 10 as well as MS Office and 365 applications. Broad knowledge in different PC/Laptop peripherals and has supported printers as well as mobile devices a lot for different users. Proficient with Microsoft AD, Exchange, and a bit of Apple OS.
