Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has been in the IT industry for about 20 years and stopped working last 2021 to take care of his father. His last role was with XXXX as a Global NOC Team Lead. He also handled several roles for the same company before such as Global NOC Operator and EOD Senior Operator. Before that, he was a VMS Admin for XXXX and worked as a System Operation Officer/Specialist for several companies since the start of his career on 1994.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be in desktop support, has been doing it for the last 15 years. Also good with VMS Administration, and network troubleshooting. Rates himself a 7/10 for remote support and 6/10 for onsite.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2+ years of experience in IT Support. Is knowledgeable in Windows 7, 10, & 11. Also good with MS Office and 365 applications should not be a problem. Very familiar with different PC/Laptop Peripherals. Has very little experience in printer support. Has worked with Apple OS before, but not much experience in Active Directory and Exchange.
