Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
First job was as an Equipment Maintenance Technician in XXXX wherein they provide solutions to challenges, inventory management and 50% of IT Support for XXXX staff. They handled lots of assets in this job such as accessories, laptops, PC peripherals coming in to them. For the IT support side of this job, they mostly use the ticketing system. After almost 2 years, was transferred internally to Infrastructure Field Services Technician where they perform physical installations, repair, maintenance, and testing activities. Currently working with XXXX as an IT Support Technician which he provides day-to-day IT support for any software or hardware related issues.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
For his soft skills, he’s strong with his communication skills. And for the technical side, he’s proficient with retaining his solving skills for the next time he encounters the same problem. Keen to learn with IT although this is not what he took up in college.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2+ years of experience in IT support. Has knowledge with Windows 7 but is more focused on 10. And has experience in MS Office and 365 applications. Familiar with different PC/Laptop peripherals. Also has supported printers and mobile devices before. Has experience in Active Directory, Exchange, and not so much with Apple OS but for the current work, most of the users are using Apple laptops.
