Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has more than 3 years of experience in the IT industry which is mainly on the IT support roles. He said that his job scope for IT support is to received new equipment is more on the asset management and said that whatever comes into the office, they will use the tracking system to starting off. He also said that he helps in the ticketing system and provide help if the users raise a ticket which requires either physical or remote help. He also added that he did not come from the technology degree and just gained some experiences when he was on his OJT. He also said that aside from the laptops, he also supports some audio and visual devices in the office and do some networking tasks as well but just the basics and if required.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that his strong skill is his communication skill since he is good when it comes to collaborating with his team and very eager to learn new technologies as well. He is also a fast learner and has some experience in the networking devices like routers and servers. He has an active directory experience but not much and can work on Windows and Apple OS.
