Strongest with troubleshooting and been doing this since her first job. Rates herself a 4 out of 5 in troubleshooting and says that there’s always room for improvement.

Has 7+ years of experience in IT support. Knowledgeable with Windows 7 & 10 as well as MS Office and 365 applications. Familiar with different PC/Laptop peripherals already. Also has supported mobile devices before but not much on printers. Knows Active Directory and Exchange but not proficient. Has experience in Apple OS.
