1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started off as a Civil Engineering major and has been working in construction for 10 years. Then last 2022, joined a bootcamp for DevOps for 3 months and started to work in XXXX as an Associate DevOps Engineer. She’s mostly using Kubernetes and Ansible almost daily, as well as Linux, Ubuntu. Also earned her CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) Certificate last December. Doesn’t have much experience in cloud but has learned Azure during the bootcamp. The reason for her mid-career shift is that she wanted to have a change since she thought that the technologies/manuals for civil engineering jobs are almost the same every day. Wants to be more explorative and found that software industry is more suitable for her drive.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in Ansible and Kubernetes as she is using both of them almost daily in her current work. Rates herself in Ansible a 4 out of 5 and a 3 out of 5 for Kubernetes.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   She has almost 1 year of being a DevOps and has only learned Azure in the bootcamp she attended to. Not much knowledge yet about cloud services but is very willing to learn it along the way. She’s also very proficient in using Ansible as her day-to-day tool.
