Currently trying to pursue a diploma in Cyber Security. Last 2019, started doing hardware refresh for government projects in XXXX After that, became an L2 IT Support Engineer in XXXX wherein he learned a lot including cloud, 365. And now, currently an L2 IT Support Engineer at XXXX wherein he mostly did multiple users guides for KB in ServiceNow, also did user troubleshooting remotely and on-site. Currently, job now was similar to XXXX. Was also offered a 3-month training with AWS for a Data Centre Operator Trainee.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
As an IT Support, strongest skill is that he is able to find out the specific problems of the users, understanding how the applications/system works. Can also read lines of codes because he’s doing some programming in his current diploma.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 4 years of experience as an IT Support. Has extensive knowledge in support of different Windows OS as well as MS Office and 365 applications. Has strong knowledge in different PC/Laptop peripherals and has experience supporting printers during his time in XXXX as well as bit of mobile devices. Do have knowledge in Active Direct and Exchange but is really new in terms of Apple OS and has no professional experience yet in it.
