He started his career in the telecommunication field as a field service engineer in service dispatcher. His last position was microwave engineer in XXX International also known as XXX and in that company his role is to integrate and monitor the server. He also needs to troubleshoot alarms appear in the server and if can’t solved in the server, he have to call the field engineer to troubleshoot it on site. Sometimes, he needs to collaborate with the teams and build microwave team to troubleshoot some critical and major impact issue and have to do a daily report to his senior and his manager.

He is good with time management and good in collaborating with the teams to solve network issues and he is able to attend and no issues in joining in different shifts as well. With ore than 4 years of experience in the networking field and able to handle and trouble shoot networking devices such as switches, routers etc.
