Currently working in SG as a Network Administrator with XXXX wherein he mostly setup and troubleshoot the Company’s Network System and provide L1 and L2 support. Also has working experience with IT support back in Myanmar. Been a Network Engineer in XXXX and have experience as well in Desktop and IT Support. Before that, was an IT Technician for XXXX where he serviced a total of 10 companies’ Network System.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest with Network Engineering and Desktop Support since it is mostly what he did for current and past roles. Rates himself a 9/10 in Network Engineering and a perfect score of 10 in desktop support.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 3 years of experience in IT Support. Knowledgeable with Windows OS, MS Office and 365 applications. Very good with different PC/Laptop peripherals. Has supported printers before and has experience in Active Directory and Exchange.
