1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   In XXX, his job/role is to take all the installations and dealing with the variety of network equipment such as switch, routers, and even cloud etc. His team is also do the planning, building, and computation which is also a duty for the transmission network in the Asia Pacific region. Also do some installations, commissions, and testing of the different networking equipment for DWDM mostly within Singapore Data Center. In XXX, they deal with the cross-to-cross regional network in their market in Myanmar and implement the DWDM from Myanmar to Thailand and Thailand to Singapore. He is mainly focus on the DWDM deployment and planning. Also do the level 3 troubleshooting with NOC. In his overall work experienced, he is focused on the implementation of the local DWDM, transmission networks, SDH, OTN systems, and submarine network etc.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Rate himself 5 for his skills in DWDM because he is an expert for it from the start of his work experiences and competent when it comes to planning, configuration, and commission and other related processes when it comes to it. While in IP knowledge, he rates his skills 3 out of 5 because even though he has some sub-knowledge about it he focuses more on the DWDM when it comes to deploying IP networks. Handled a project in Verizon for Ciena 6500 ROADM OTN Network Rollout, Verizon Cloud Platform expansion, VOIP Network Implementation. In XXX, he handled and built a network for DWDM and do the installation, provision, and commission for the newly built DWDM POP all the way to Myanmar to Thailand.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients requirements? 
   Work on a solution from time to time if there’s an issue with the network and give the solution and proposed the plan for its customers. Do a level 3 support for NOC implementation, understand RFO and other possible issues with the network on how he can possibly solve for the SOP and others.
