He started his career as a desktop support engineer and do the installation and configuration of the systems. He have also worked in different financial banking companies and worked with the distributor company as well. In his previous job he is responsible for the troubleshooting for the firewalls as well as the maintenance and configuration of Cisco catalyst etc.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is strong in configuration and maintenance when it comes to routing and switching in the system or even in the clients. He is also good in explaining the point of escalation and good in solving network problems as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He have 9 years working in the it industry and with hands-on experience in firewall troubleshooting for 2 years now. He have CCNP certification and an instructor for CCNA courses. He have an experience with different cisco devices.
