Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working as a Network support engineer and working in a network provider company. He said that they help their clients like hotels and other companies to set-up their network and maintain it as well. He also said that they are mostly use a specific optical network system then the normal LAN or WAN networks and they provide fiber optic type of networks. He also do the set-up and pinging the networks to check if those are working and respond to the issues the clients may encounter.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has more than 3 years of experience in the IT industry and with experience in LAN/WAN and currently they are mainly using the Huawei devices but also has some experience with Cisco devices as well. He has a good communication skills and customer service and can respond quickly to the issues in the network. He has an experience in troubleshooting firewalls and can provide level 2 to level 3 support.
