1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 10 years of experience in Telco especially with the DWDM and OTN networks. Aside from this he also worked on an NMS and currently working as a NOC Team Manager in XXX. His task is to provide a level 2 support to his NOC team for the DWDM and OTN equipment. His major tasks are to interact with the customers/clients and understand their queries or if they encounter some issues, they are task to solve these and fulfil their new requirements (bandwidth). They are also interacting with the Lv1 and Lv2 teams for them to provide a suitable solution in troubleshooting and on how they can deal with the field team to satisfy the needs of their clients. He also provides technical training about DWDM equipment to their vendor and NOC teams: How they can install the equipment, how to add the nodes, and how to manage the networks from NMS etc.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill is with the DWDM. He handles issues related to DWDM such as problems with the circuits and he is an expert when it comes to troubleshooting jobs in DWDM equipment. Rate his skills in DWDM 4.5 out of 5 because he has an expert skill when it comes to this but sometimes, they encounter some situations that may require a support with their modules and in this specific situation they need some help of their Lv3 team. For his projects, he currently working on DWDM, OTN, ASON (400G Project) For POWER GRID across pan India, they give 400G bandwidth to their clients and in this project, he used his experience and rolled out this project very smoothly. They also have major customers such as Google, Facebook, Amazon etc. In India, they have a big customer named CIFI and they maintain their links and on the daily basis, sometimes when Google face some issues, they coordinate with the google team directly and understand their queries and resolve it immediately.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements? 
   Have a background facing customers in the field, across pan India they have a total of 410 sites, so they need to coordinate with the other team members particularly their Field Engineer. Sometimes when they encounter some fiber breaks, they will explain it to their fiber team. He’s experience with NOC for 5 years and work as a NOC team manager. One of his responsibilities includes collecting various technical reports like OTDR Traces, LSPM reports etc. to readily available data for AT. He is also responsible in the supervision of civil work carried out for preparing Zero main holes, trenching, ducting, Splicing and termination of fiber optical cables of 96 and 288 cores. With level 2 knowledge in troubleshooting but sometimes do level 3, but not fully. Without any certifications but do training with regards to Fiber Home and took an exam for DWDM and OTN. He is also great at handling people/team.
