He works as a site engineer and a project supervisor for Fiber Home. After the contract ended with XXX, he worked with XXX as an outside plant operation and maintenance engineer, an OSP engineer, and in a more project managerial role.
2. He is an expert in project management, network fundamentals, customer service, technical problems, etc.
3. He acted as the regional manager for the XXX. And he also worked as a network operations center to support his team; whoever was working as a network operations center, he was only doing the monitoring. He has knowledge of networking because he was able to complete two courses in the Cisco Network Academy, such as the introduction to networking and the switches, routing, and wireless.
