1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   With 16 years of experience in the IT industry. He started working for some of the service providers in India for about 3-4 years. He worked mostly on the ISP’s and mobile communication companies. He went to the corporate side and used to worked on the global network support for a year and worked as a contractor. After 2014, he worked to a new company and to another system integrator in Singapore. He got an offer for XXX and joined there as a senior network engineer and currently, he is the principal engineer. XXX is an insurance company and he’s a part of the global network team and responsible to look after the network and datacenters across the globe and APAC. They have operations in over 6 countries such as India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. They are also started to work on the cloud for their integration and give level 3 support.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He does a lot of stuff in his work, but he can say that he is strong when it comes to planning and implementation. Rates himself for his skills in planning and implementation as 5 out of 5 because of his 16 years of experience in the field. In addition, 70% of his experiences and work is with regards to planning and implementation.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He is always working with the vendors and clients especially when he works in XXX . They also deal with the business and the customers itself for the business requirements. He used to work with NOC from 2011-2014. He has an experience in Ciena, Cisco, Juniper and has a certification in CCNA, AWS, Google, and Azure.
