Interview Assessment Notes
|
1. He is currently a product manager at XXX. It was actually the first intern at XXX. He started out doing business development for six months, and at the end of the six months, which was also when he graduated from school, he was offered to join full-time as a product manager. He was able to build from scratch to the MVP event production launch, so the first product is actually a B2B product that connects financial institutions with XXX. So the problem statement is that if a financial institution wants to work with XXX, they're actually very concerned because they fear what if the XXX is not legit or what if XXX is actually going to run out of business soon, so they build up this Apex platform together with this company called XXX, which is also backed by other companies. So basically, they build up this platform that relies on verifiable credentials, which is essentially the product that they are offering at XXX, so verifiable credentials. You can think of it as any credentials or any claims that have already been verified. They launched this platform with verifiable data points. So these XXX would have to present these verifiable credentials to show to these financial institutions, and before you know it, they would approach them for collaboration.
2. He is expert in communication skills, analytical, design lead, build relationship, and etc.
3. The second product that he was able to build is called the Seal Wallet. So basically, it is a wallet for verifiable credentials. It's like an ecosystem, just like the standard marketplace today, where users can present their verifiable credentials to apply for. So he manages everything that is going on in the wallet, from the sign-up to the features, the feedback modules, and the backup and recovery. That has been a high-level product experience for the past two years.
4. He was a venture capital associate with XXX. He was able to source and close their biggest deal and investment into this health and mental startup called Intellect. Right now, they are the biggest mental health provider in Asia, and they have gone on to raise over, like, 14 million.
