Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working at XXXX as an Assistant Production Engineer for almost 2 years no which is mainly focused on manufacturing and production. He mostly performs test on products and troubleshooting them. Mentioned that he doesn’t have any professional IT background yet but is always practicing different programming languages on his free time. Back on his internship, he worked as a software engineer intern on which he implements features on mobile applications using Python, Android Studio, and Rest APIs. Also created database in Microsoft Server Management System.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Python is something that he mostly uses and rates himself 3 to 3.5 out of 5 because he thinks he is still a moderate python programmer who still has many things to learn. Likes to find ways to make something more efficient, which he is currently practicing on his current job. And says that he is weak in technical aspect as of now but is constantly improving and learning new technologies.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
He has experience in Python since he is using it on a daily basis in his current work to automate some of his daily responsibilities. Also has knowledge in C++ and worked on it few times throughout the years but has no professional experience regarding it yet. Doesn’t have hands-on experience in SQL, JavaScript, algorithms and data structure but it is something that he is continually practicing and wants to learn in the future. Familiar with trading systems but still no experience working on that area.
