1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started off as an Analyst Programmer in XXXX where she’s involved in gathering requirements and talking to clients and getting things done as well. After that, was a Game Designer for XXXX where they worked on MMORPG for about 5 years. She then went to try mobile games and was in that industry for around 10+ years where she was involved in design, programming, scripting, and also production. She slowly moved to the production side of things and was familiar already with the entire job functions for a game development on the mobile site where they focus on monetization as well. After that, she tried doing entrepreneurship and after several years, went back to workforce and is currently working with XXXX as an Associate Game Producer where she is in charge of the whole production.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be game production since she has been doing this for many years now and is more focused now on shipping one product per multi-year development cycle. She has experienced developing on PC, Xbox, PS5, and Android as well for the mobile.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 15+ years of experience in game development and also game production. She is good with product management as well and is familiar with doing game concept, design, development up until publishing since this is what she mostly does now. She’s currently involved with first-person games and MMO RPG as well.
