1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated with Bachelor’s in Computer Science and after that, joined his first job in Jakarta where he started as a developer, focused on mobile development and his last role in that company was a Mobile Developer Head. He was then invited to go to Singapore and joined XXXX, initially as a mobile developer where he handled two teams: research and development & mobile application development. After some time, he was asked to become more of a project manager where he communicated to client most of the time, get their needs, handle projects and distribute the tasks to the development team; he still do some mobile development but he’s more of managing teams and projects for the past 3-4 years. Their main product is a mobile development application called Distribution Management System, like a Salesforce automation, and the 2nd one is a Warehouse Management System.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his technical skills because he started with coding and mobile development. Apart from that, he is good with project management and strong with communication with clients as well, getting their requirements, collaborate with different teams and department, and be the bridge between the business and technical side of things.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has 3-4 years of experience in project management and project coordination, also has technical coding skills aside from management skills. He is familiar with helpdesk call management systems especially FirstDesk which was the latest one he has used in XXXX. Also can be proficient and comfortable using both in-house and third party applications; mostly has used Waterfall methodology but has a certification with Agile Scrum, and is willing to put it into use professionally if given the chance.
