1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has total of 6+ years in the industry and background can be split into two: technology consulting and startups. He has done concurrently consulting and started with XXXX in Australia and also was with Accenture where he was focused on Web3 consulting projects including blockchain, AI, and he would consult with organizations in terms of strategy and delivery of blockchain/AI solutions; he frequently works closely with developers, being somehow like a product manager in refining the products based on what their clients require through multiple iterations. Currently, he’s with XXXX as an Executive Consultant for Web3 and AI solutions where they are mixing AI and blockchain and they’re going to list cryptocurrency tokens on some exchanges soon. On top of these experiences, he also has founded few startups himself including XXXX which was a blockchain consulting firm and XXXX which was a metaverse gaming platform where they created VR headsets and gaming platforms, also listed some tokens and some major crypto exchanges in that one; he was both involved there in product development, business development, and some marketing activities as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be overseeing the developments of products and working with software developers in achieving what their customers want and need; basically he’s good with project management, product management and has lots of experience in overseeing communications between both parties as well. He also is from technology consulting so he’s good with conveying technical solutions to non-technical people and sell their solutions; can go on calls/meetings with people and discuss what they’re doing in a non-technical way they can understand.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has about 6+ years of experience in the web3 space especially blockchain and AI, has functional knowledge of the blockchain space as well since he has worked a lot with developers and can easily discuss solutions. He is efficient with AI frameworks as well and has good knowledge of image/video generations tools since he has used lots of it for creating some marketing banners and materials; has used The Midjourney as well. Working with developers, he also has familiarized himself with backend and frontend frameworks. Also has proven tech leadership and co-founding/founding experience of startups.
