1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He was working previously in XXX systems and do the change in the hardware for Microsoft servers and they also cooperate with the managers and engineers from the various microsoft teams and building management for the data center which is the CBRE and they replace the hardware and use the troubleshooting tools since the hardware is all running in Linux, they use ticketing apps and ensure the validation of these before passing to the Microsoft engineers for their own troubleshooting. They also handle the logistics creating of the tickets to maintain the inventory for the testing hardware and the reimaging of the hardware etc. they also perform the diagnostics of the Microsoft servers such as the PDU and other data center devices. They also use other tools like to powerlifter and deal with the storage devices and ensure the safety of the devices. He also said that he did not stay in one data center and go to various data centers just to troubleshoot hardware.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   He said that he is more on the troubleshooting on the hardware side, and follow all the set rules in different data centers. He also troubleshooting all the issues arise and change the software and hardware side.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He has more than 10 years of Data center operation experience and has experience in cabling, patching, inventory management and capacity planning when he as working in his previous jobs. He is also knowledgeable with the network troubleshooting such as the LAN/WAN/wireless systems.
