Has more than 2 years of experience as an IT Support. Has extensive knowledge in support of Windows 7 & 10 as well as MS Office and 365 applications since he’s currently using it. Pretty familiar with different PC/Laptop peripherals and has supported printers as well as mobile devices before. Proficient with Microsoft AD, Exchange, and Apple OS specifically in iPhone.
