Currently working with XXX Solutions oracle software ERP in APAC. Her role is Business Development Manager responsible for all sales and acquiring new logos for Oracle ERP customers. Developing a new pipeline, and acquiring new customers within Singapore markets and some emerging markets as well.
Work across different verticals non-profit organizations, services, consultancy, manufacturing companies, logistics, and supply chain companies. She comes from different background and generated almost a million in revenue this 2022. For developing the pipeline she is responsible for closing, negotiations, presales, and support from her team.
Previously worked with XXX Asia and XXX International both in the hospitality industry. Her role is to sell CRM software solutions in the Apac region. Achieved top 3 sales revenue in terms of highest sales revenue with XXX International and was promoted to Director of Sales. APAC covers Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Hong Kong.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She is strongest in developing relationships with business associates and outside the industry because she believed that the skill set in Sales and Business Development is developing and nurturing relationships with the customers and the potential customer in the future that builds credibility and provides value well.
Rated 4.5 out of 5 because she’s getting a lot of referrals from customers as well as recognition from the clients. Has a background in B2B sales and was involved in Saas and Cloud solutions with her previous work. Has been selling ERP Cloud / Saas solutions with current & previous companies. The successful project was not just the HRIS itself but the whole project’s collaboration with the customers.
