1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Her career started in the Philippines as someone from the healthcare field coming from her educational background. After some time, she switched her career doing customer service for several companies then worked her way up as being a team lead where she handled teams and did client-facing tasks such as taking up on projects for banking, customer service, telco, or software-related areas. Her career back in the Philippines revolved from handling operations and facing clients as well as a project manager. About 12 years ago, she got an offer from Singapore where she did the same thing of project management, handle certain projects such as onboarding, client handling, and did software integration B2B projects. Then she joined XXXX as their Chief of Operations where she handled the entire operation remotely for the US market; she also built the sales team, customer service team, and marketing team. On top of that, she also was focused on sales acquisition, onboard clients, and increase revenue of the company. She is currently with XXXX as a Sales Director where she’s more of a field person, doing the company’s sales operation, involved in creating and executing comprehensive sales strategies based on company goals.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would sales in general since this is what she has been essentially doing for more than a decade, has sold a lot of products, services, from prepaid cards, cell phone, credit card, and software-related products. Aside from that, she also considers team management as one of her strongest, she’s good with handling team and has strong leadership skills as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has been doing sales, project management, and people management for her past few roles. Industry wise, she’s good with any service-related and B2B kind of business since this is what she has been involved with so far. In terms of the project management tools, she has used Asana, Trello, ClickUp, and JIRA. Her methods starts from getting their clients’ full context, do her market research, and learn more about the projects detail/target market.
