1. She moved to XXX about three months ago because her husband moved to Singapore, so they both relocated. She has a total of 11 years of experience in various domains, like customer service, management, sales operations, etc. matter. Her past job was at XXX. She is into network engineering, cloud, hardware, and software. So there again, she had to migrate the process from XXX. She was among the pioneers.
2. She is expert in Microsoft, Excel, Microsoft Word, or PT. Tools like CRM, Salesforce, admin service tools, or tracking system tools
3. She has into Saas, she does transitions in the orders, like buying a few products and they want it to go through the system as the order management system, then she has to take care of it , and also they are using CRM tools.
4. Hi previous job was with XXX, being the cloud and a lot into SaaS machines and all of this hardware, they have these products, which are hardware, software, everything. She had to manage the deal desk for them, which is a kind of business analyst role and a kind of PMO role. She is good at Excel and Power Bi, so she had to pitch in a little bit of auto management and had to take ownership of the process.
5. Her first job was XXX. She did financial planning and operations, and then she moved to Reuters. So it is a financial plus for a media firm. So she had to do some order management work at the end and the entire chain was her responsibility..
