Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working as a Senior desktop engineer and currently supporting the local office in APAC and the VIP’s. He said that his role is to do support and create the accounts, delete, and troubleshoot the devices. He also do some admin task and invoices as well. In his previous jobs, he was doing a Level 1 to level 2 support for 3000 users and supported both hardware and software. He had an experience working on a project in the immigration office and support the rollout of the devices there and do level 1 support.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that his strongest skills are his adaptability and he can also work under pressure. He can also do support in their VIP’s but still depends on the scenarios on what are their priorities based on the situation they’re in. He also has a good communication skill and can build a good relationship with his team and do like to speak with people.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has an experience in windows servers in his previous jobs as well as for the active directories but just a basic knowledge with regards to those two. He also said that he had an experience working on the ticketing system like service now for more than 3 years.
