He has some knowledge in DWDM, on-site installations, and does configure DWDM networks. He moved to the back-office team for the daily troubleshooting in Myanmar and he have a three network experience. He has knowledge in DWDM, planning and designing, troubleshooting, and configurations. Currently, he involves in planning in the IP network. By the end of this year, he is planning to take the CCNA and CCNP certifications. Back then, after he got the degree, he luckily got a job for DWDM. At first, he did not attend any training or take any courses about it, but the company provides those training for him to be familiarized with the processes that are necessary in the network especially when you are implementing the DWDM networks.
What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He’s currently working in XXX which is a service provider and sends a device and providing a solution right now for XXX Project in Myanmar which he is currently doing. He does all the projects about the DWMD even if it is for a daily troubleshooting, problem related to hardware, software, and have a background when it comes to facing customers in the field since he does the technical support or provide solution for its customers. He’s also responsible for a daily expansion if the customers’ needs a provision about a new network and needs to support them immediately.
Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients requirements?
He is an expert DWDM engineer, he also has a background facing customers in the field since every day, they support network and did have a daily discussion with the customers on what are their demands or its requirements. He has an experience with NOC because they need it to monitor their network for 24 hours to know if there are some issues or problems in the network so that they can resolve those problems immediately. With level 3 knowledge when it comes to troubleshooting.
