1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently he is a senior engineer and major in infrastructure and operations. Entitle to do infra delivery and included the installation and commissioning to set-up devices in the company. He handles mostly the devices for DWDM and Ciena. He also participates in the layer 3 support with the maintenance team. His role is to back up for the DWDM troubleshooting escalations of if they have an issue for the existing network. Help to resolve the issue as soon as possible and he also do the deliveries for the internet circuit for installation and commissioning.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His first job is at XXX and work there as an associate engineer. He is an expert when it comes to the implementation of DWDM networks and rates his skills for that 4 out of 5 because he believes that he needs to keep improving his skill on that because of different vendors. He also has 3-4 years of experience in DWDM. He is also good in managing projects and said that he manages to complete 4 of his projects in DWDM and participate in delivering projects for office relocations, provides local services such as for the bank operations.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He is an expert in DWDM for doing network planning, infra, and its expansion. He has an experience in NOC and perform it in his previous job. He works as the maintenance support team, troubleshooting and configurations. Rates himself 3 out of 5 because he said that he does it for 2-5 years. Do on-site installation for 4 years and currently with level 3 knowledge in troubleshooting. He also has a certification for Cisco which is the CCNA and with a hands-on experience in Ciena.
