1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been working for the last 13 years in the optical networking field in various departments. He has an experience in installation, commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and designing. He also does this for his day-to-day operations and face different vendors for the Infinera, Cisco, Huawei, Ciena, and Nokia DWDM equipment’s. He is also a certified DWDM engineer from Cisco, Ciena, and Nokia. Currently working in XXX in Kuwait as a Senior Engineer, he’s handling the deployment operation of multiple customers like banks and ministry of information. With these customers, they install Cisco, Ciena, and Huawei DWDM equipment and currently they are in the operation stage and taking care of the day-to-day maintenance troubleshooting. He worked in XXX (XXX) and there, he deployed the largest network based on the Ciena DWDM that is around 144 datacenters in Europe. He travelled Europe many times and he personally deployed the project in each of the datacenters. He has much knowledge when it comes to datacenter deployments, knows the architecture, how to work with the cablings, and its connectivity. Before he joined XXX, he worked in multiple telco companies.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   For his strengths, he likes to be punctual, and he use his leadership skills successfully in different activities that he performed, mainly focusing on the customer and cost savings of the company. For the last 13 years, he’s working with DWDM, on-site installations, and can handle the life of the network by doing its maintenance and the likes. Rates himself 5 out of 5 for his skills in DWDM because he knows all the concepts for every vendor, the future plans, and the bits and bytes when it comes to his expertise in DWDM. In his projects, when he’s in XXX the company decided to implement a new DWDM network for upgrade and the requirement for a huge bandwidth. In that, the customer decided to go with the Ciena 6500, and they appointed him as the technical support for the deployment. He visited London and took training for Ciena lab and visited multiple locations in Europe and gave trainings on how to deploy the network and install DWDM along with the field engineers. Does commission, train the engineers who are working in the field, and he handles from India the operations, preparing troubleshooting, guidance and supporting the field engineers.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He’s an expert when it comes to the implementation of different DWDM equipment’s in the network and has 13 years of experience with it and rates himself for his skills as 5 out of 5. He has a background facing customers in the field for almost 6 years and rates himself for that as 4.5 out of 5. Worked with NOC for 3 years and rate himself 4 out of 5, and on-site installation 5. He has certificates for Ciena, Cisco, Ericsson, and Huawei and with level 3 knowledge in troubleshooting.
