Has 6-7 years of experience in the IT support. Into technical support before as a part-time but found her interest in troubleshooting and learning more in IT. Have done several courses as well including cybersecurity and ITIL. Currently doing L2 and L3 support in XXXX, supporting a hospital as an EUC Engineer. Also taking care of their infrastructure. Her role is more on the customer side, ensure that customers are satisfied, mostly doing onsite support for doctors and nurses. Before that, was an IT Support Engineer in XXXX. Also has experience in email troubleshooting. Prior to that, she was a Senior Technical Helpdesk Officer in XXXX.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest with being motivated, independent, and creative thinking. These skills come hand-in-hand for her to have a successful project or task. At the moment, she’s strongest with Microsoft but is still learning a lot. Rates herself a 3-5 out of 5 depending on the user.

Has 6+ years of experience in IT Support. Good with Windows 7 & 10, MS Office, & 365 applications. Very familiar with different PC/Laptop peripherals. Also has supported printers and mobile devices both software and hardware. Also good with Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS.
