Interview Assessment Notes 

1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working in Singapore limited as a business analyst and work there since 2014. Most of her work deals with the system and applications and delivering the system. Currently she’s managing people and work with the list of change requests and coordinate with the other business teams. They compile functional specs for assigned modules based on user requirements and checked product requirements to ensure they are correct and complete before distributing them to other parties for evaluation and approval. After that, coordinated user acceptance testing and offered quality assurance for newly created solutions.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?  
   She said that before she has a developer experience and works with different programming languages such as C#, visual basics, and when she moved to Singapore in 2014, she learned how to use SQL as well. Currently she do not do coding anymore and just focus more on the roles which are related to data. She rates her skills in development 2 out of 5 and 5 out of 5 when it comes to BA skills.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She dealt with the EDI messages currently but there’s a lot of changes coming when they are adding extra columns for that. She also has an experience in EDI for more than a year now and rate her skills for that 4 out of 5. When it comes to XML mapping, she also has an experience with it because most of her work is related to it and rates her skills 5 out of 5. With project management experience and said she start managing project since 2019.
