He also handles legacy systems, in-house systems and third-party systems. He handles 1st and 2nd level team support where he escalates and liaises with the vendor and the developers. Manages 3 local in-house supports. He covers XXX. They have supported 600 end-users in XXX alone and more than thousands of end-users on other countries. They also do premium support to VIP’s or executives with their technical requirements and any IT issues. They do it remotely but if needed, they go on-site.
2. He is expert in technical supporting, troubleshooting, servers, networks, and IT support.
3. In his previous job in XXX he is a System Administrator. He does all the work from application to network, end-user support and helpdesk. He covers Singapore only and has supported end users.
