1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a result driven Network engineer who focuses on a high result that matter and which give positive outcomes that would be beneficial. He is compassionate and professional with his work. Handles a simple to complicated situations that will help the company and the project itself for a better and good outcome. Currently working in Amaris as a senior network engineer and has different clients all over the world in different sectors such as Nokia. Then Nokia has other telco clients like XXX . He focuses more on the service provider environment and go to the clients and do procedures such as the implementation, documentation, network operations, and designing. They also do upgrades and patches for the devices in the network. When it comes to his project, it is involved with Nokia, Singtel Super core, and the next generation carrier Ethernet 2.0. They successfully deployed a new IP super core layer that will converge SingTel’s existing network.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strongest in Routing and Switching but now, he is focusing on the network security hardware for firewall because he knows that this is also important in a network. He focuses on firewall last January and rates himself 4 out of 5. In troubleshooting, he has an experience for it in less that a year because he focuses on that when it comes to his previous roles as a network engineer. He has 8 years of experience in the networking field but diverted his skills in security because the cloud and fiber security are in trend right now, so he needs to upgrade his technical knowledge as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He does have a considerable knowledge in DWDM because he was focusing on the IP engineering before, and they used to integrate their circuits to the DWDM for a long-distance communication. Have experience in facing customers in the field, have a NOC experience, do on-site installation, and he also does have a CCNA and CCNP certification for Cisco.
