1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Most of his experiences is for the Network engineering and network control roles. Monitoring events and devices, he’s also the point of escalation when it comes to these processes. In XXX, he is more on the deployment together with the past experiences of network monitoring and troubleshooting as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He said that he is strong when it comes to troubleshooting. Rates himself 4 out of 5 in his skills in DWDM and have 3 years of experience for that. For his project related to DWDM, he deployed the whole network.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He has an experience in facing customers and most of them are the vendors. He has an experience in on-site installation and NOC because he came from that specific role when he was in XXX. He also has a certification for Huawei such as the HCIA.
