1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
   Graduated in 1995 and started his career in an IT Company. He was a software engineer and worked there for 4 years. He was doing a lot of programming work especially using C++ and C as a programming language and Unix platform. Software engineer is his only job that is not related for Project management role. After that, he moved to Shanghai and worked for XXX and after finishing his contract, he moved to Beijing and worked as a PM for cloud computing for 4-5 years. He moves back to Singapore for his dad health situation and worked in XXX for 4 and a half years. Because of his dad, he had to take a rest for work for a year and last year August, he decided to come back to work but at that time, there’s COVID and he is not sure what may happen in the future. He worked in XXX as a Project Manager and manage the building of the data warehouse the Salesforce CRM and rollout for the company. He decided not to renew his contract in XXX because he wants to look for other available jobs and opportunities.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is a project manager and there’s a lot of tasks that they do every single day and deals with different sectors as well. When he was in XXX , he never ever manages a project even though they have a lot of products. He is focused mainly in building a new product (software/hardware). He said that his strength is he’s able to pick up the task, he is objective driven, and he is good in handling people. Based on the skills that he mentioned, he rates himself for that as 4 out of 5.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He has an xml/edi mapping experience and rates himself for that as 5 out of 5 because they build the Data warehouse in his previous job and basically, they have a lot of data mapping the perform and lot of system in the company, so they need to come up with the data flows and mapping. He also has 20 years of experience as a PM.
