1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has 14 years of experience as a software developer and currently a Senior Developer at XXXX where he is the one responsible for software scheme of new projects, currently developing a product now called XXXX. Also worked with XXXX before as a Senior Developer where he designed and developed their software loading module. Before that, was a Senior Developer as well with XXXX where he is involved in analyzing and implementing the new requirement, issues and changes request. He was also a Technical Lead/Senior Developer for XXXX, and started off as developer for both XXXX and XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Python and has been using it for 4+ years now. Rates himself a 3 out of 5 in using Python.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 2+ years of experience in C++ development. Have used SQL database before but not using it recently. Good with Windows Service and TCP communication. Has also a little knowledge in Linux servers. No experience yet with outbound call systems.
