Worked in several banks before and has knowledge and experience in trading systems. He worked mostly as a software architect that fine-tunes system into a faster and cleaned up system. Worked recently remotely in Singapore for a project-based work. Started his own startup

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is most comfortable working with Python, Java, C/C++, SQL. Can work with them with his eyes closed. Been doing Python for the last 10 years and rates himself 4 out of 5 with using it.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   He is well-experienced in using C++, Python, Java/JavaScript, and SQL. He also has experiences working in a bank that makes him knowledgeable about trading systems, assets, and shares. Also got interviewed by XXXX and passed their database clearing assessment.
